Paleo day 5

Wake up- 2 large glasses of water, 3 fish oil pills and a multivitamin .

Early breakfast- cup of scrabbled eggs with chicken.

Breakfast- scrabbled eggs with chicken and peppers.

Snack- 2 boiled eggs

2:00 workout

Lunch- 2 pork chops, broccoli , sweet potato

Dinner- prime rib w/ double order of steamed broccoli . 1 woodchuck cider
